To make a claim under warranty, contact Nebula via phone on 09 473 8055 or 022 350 4711, or via email firstname.lastname@example.org. Any service under warranty must be authorized by Nebula first, and be provided by an authorized Nebula service agent.
Our warranty is for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. This is in addition to (and does not exclude, restrict or modify) any rights or remedies to which may have already been entitled under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantee Act 1993 relating to this product. Use or installation that is not complying with New Zealand regulations or with the instructions set in the Installation and Operating Manual may invalidate the warranty.
Please note: Use of this product in commercial premises will reduce the manufactures warranty to a period of 12 months.
For any service jobs under warranty, please have ready the following documents:
- Proof of purchase (this is the receipt/invoice you obtained from the store where you purchased the product)
- Model number (this can be found in the Instruction Manual book)
- Registered number for the person who installed your item (by law, all ovens & electric/gas tops have to be installed by certified electrician/gas fitter)
- Your contact details so we can contact with you quickly and efficiently
